for the Sixth consecutive year at the initiative of the FIRST "national Union "Development. Development" on the eve of St. Nicholas day in Vinnytsia region held a festival of creativity and talent "step to the dream". This year's cooperation and assistance in the organization of the Festival was provided by the Department of social and youth policy of regional administration, management of culture and arts, regional state administration and Vinnitsa city Council. The main organizer of the Festival, the Chairman of the NGO "all-Ukrainian Union "Development. The development of" Irina Borzova said: "the Number of people willing to participate is growing annually by almost half. This encourages us, the organizers, to provide affordable and comfortable environment for each participant of the event. A special feature of the festival is the fact that orphans, children from large low – income families and children with special needs take part in the festival for free and show your creativity on the level with all participants. Because the main goal of the event is to support every talented child is not distinguishing between children per feature and needs to enable children and young people, regardless of the financial security of their families, to showcase their talents on a professional stage and to the evaluation of highly qualified judges. Children with special abilities at the festival close to the conditions and style of modern life, because they are valuable and active members of our society that allows you to create among the participants an inclusive environment! In fact the chance of success and victory is for everyone — it's only a matter of perseverance, hard work and support of adults!". Thus, the participants from the city of Vinnitsa and region competed over two days (December 17-18) 18-tygodnia creative marathon in three categories "Choreography", "Original genre" and "Vocals" and received 180 cups for prizes, 3 of the main Cup for the title of winner of the Grand Prix with monetary rewards, diplomas, Christmas toy chickens, and sweet gifts from St. Nicholas. Unique presenters of the Festival was Anna Borzov and Roman Humeniuk. The number of points and the unanimous decision of jury the winner of the Grand Prix in the nomination “Vocal” was Krasnowiecki Daria, with a song “1944”, winner of the Grand Prix in the nomination “Choreography” has become a dance Studio “Alfa”-dens number “Broadway's” in the nomination “Original genre” the winner of the Grand Prix became Veremeenko Timur with the number of “Winter's tale”.
