Vinnicchina: the Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of evasion from payment in the budget of more than 2.2 million
in Accordance with article 40 of the Law of Ukraine «On regulation of urban development” customer intending to land development in the relevant locality, liabilities’linked to participate in the creation and development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure of the settlement. The Prosecutor's office revealed that officials of one of the enterprises of the Vinnytsya district, which built two 36-apartment houses with a total estimated cost 67 million UAH and not enough to pay 2.4 million UAH to the budget of the village Council, paid only 200 thousand UAH, and, having a debt in the amount of UAH 2.2 million, made declarations about the readiness of these houses to the operation of inaccurate information about the full payment of the funds and filed the above Declaration for registration to the sector GASK village Council. According to section 6 of article 39 of the Law of Ukraine «On regulation of urban development” if the Declaration is filed or issued in violation of the established requirements the body of the state architectural and construction control returns it to the customer. However, in violation of this rule by officials of the sector GASK village Council submitted false or incorrect Declaration was than given the opportunity to the developer to Commission the house and to issue the right of ownership without payment of share participation in the sum of 2,2 million hryvnias. On the facts of abuse of power by officials. the village Council and the enterprises-Builder and forgery, the Prosecutor's office of area brought data in the Unified state register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the criminal offenses under part 2 St. 364, part 2 of article 364-1, part 2 St. 366 Criminal code of Ukraine.
