Rivne region Prosecutor's office defended the state interests and not allow the disposal of the ownership of JSC "Rivne plant of tractor units" of real estate. It is about 8 houses recreation centres (with a total area of about 400 sq m), located in S. reshuts'k Rivne district, which individual had the intention of using the court to return to private ownership. The application of that person, the court of first instance adopted a decision on reconsideration of the case on again opened circumstances and dismissed the claim of the Prosecutor's office about the recovery for the benefit of society, the state's share in the authorized capital of which amounts to 36%, from unlawful possession of real estate. However, defending principled and consistent protection of state interests in the sphere of ownership of the said decision of the court, the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region made a complaint. According to the results of the appeal hearing, the Appeal court of Rivne region agreed with the arguments of the Prosecutor of the region and made a decision about satisfaction of the appeal, quashed the decision of the court of first instance. Thus, through the active participation of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region in the court consideration of the case in state ownership there were 8 homes recreation JSC "Rivne plant of tractor units".
