About it at hardware meeting at the Chairman of regional state administration informed the head of Department of migration service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region Boris Nalivaiko. According to him, in 2016 has already been made of the documents to obtain an ID card from 7316 citizens, have 3 on November -1210. The issued passports of citizens of Ukraine in the form of books – 25169 persons. Boris Nalivaiko also said that in the region there are 14 workstations vis (departmental information system) for 25 jobs, which are decorated 58 694 orders for the production of the passport of citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad. The passport of the new sample is in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd city departments M. the winery, as well as in territorial divisions Barsky, haysyn, Zhmerinka, Kozaytyn, Kryzhopil, Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Tulchinsky and Trostyanets areas. Boris Nalivaiko also assured that from January 2017, will be additionally installed workstations vis in all the territorial divisions in Vinnytsia region. The head of the regional migration service also said that since the beginning of the year 1279 the citizens who have arrived from Crimea and Sevastopol and 2284 citizens of Donetsk and Lugansk regions providing administrative services. Made 730 applications for citizenship of Ukraine according to the law of Ukraine "On citizenship of Ukraine". Regarding the registration and issuance of passport of citizen of Ukraine in the form of the ID-card, Boris Nalivaiko noted that from the 3rd November by bodies and divisions of GMS of Ukraine started the registration and issuance of passport of citizen of Ukraine in the form of ID cards to citizens who have reached 14 years of age and all citizens instead of sticking photographs into the passport upon reaching 25 and 45 years of age, with a change of name, instead of the lost or damaged documents. According to Boris Nalivaiko, considerable attention is paid to the foreigners and persons without citizenship. So, in the region reside 9 310 foreigners and OBG who received the immigration permit and documented evidence of permanent residency, the University area study 2 177 foreigners and OBG. In Vinnytsia oblast are temporarily 2 892 foreigners and OBG, renewed the period of validity of residence permit – 1605, canceled residence permit – 672 persons. For 11 months p. g. compared to the same period last year, significantly improved the results of work on combating illegal migration. In particular, brought to administrative responsibility of foreigners and OBG St. 203 Cao – 580 (gg - 464); attracted to an adminotvetstvennost of citizens of Ukraine under article 204 – 6 (gg - 5); brought to administrative responsibility according to art. 205 – 188 (M.
