A new "Road map" will help to remove Ternopil in the winter more efficiently

Of course, that the basis of the document - Ukrainian legislation, but it only provides General regulatory directions. While every city is unique, so it was important for us to develop a Road map to Ternopil, which was clear to all them, a mechanism which clearly will adhere to responsible agencies and due to which our city would be cleaned more efficiently in the winter», - says Oleg Sokolov. In the map there are eight routes of cleaning the city, clearly painted, the responsible authority for cleaning sidewalks, driveways, house territories, public transport, and the like. Provided are snow removal. An important element of the Road map is the system of warning the population about the beginning of work of special equipment: * Green level the occurrence of black ice or needing snow removal in the daytime (except for watches “rush”) for slight and moderate snow precipitation – three hours before the start of work equipment. * Yellow the level for the occurrence of ice or cleaning snow in the evening and night time for slight and moderate snow precipitation – two hours before the start of work equipment. * Red level - when the need arises, the execution of the works in any period of days with intensive snowfalls and emergency – two hours before the start of work equipment.
