To children with special needs do not feel limited and separated from the world, traditionally every year they are a regional festival of creativity "Believe in yourself". The XXII regional festival "Believe in yourself" 22 Dec gathered on the feast of almost 400 children with special needs who live in the Ternopil region. The festival was attended by children with special needs who are studying in residential institutions of the region and children from families in difficult life circumstances and are at social support centers of social services for family, children and youth of the area. A celebration was held in the Assembly hall of the Ternopil national economic University. Qualifying rounds of the festival during November-December has already held in the districts where the winners were determined. They will participate in the XXII regional festival for children with special needs.
