This issue is governed by the law of Ukraine "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the empowerment of local governments and optimisation of administrative services" from 10.12.15, and CMU resolution No. 207 of 2.03.16 g. "On approval of Rules of registration of residence and Order of transfer by bodies of information into the Unified state demographic registry. From the provision of administrative services in the registration of local budgets are replenished by the administration fee. The cost of registration services in accordance with the requirements of article 11 of the Law in April was 11 UAH. 71 kopecks (and in case of violation of the maturity of 35,14 UAH.); may to December - 12 UAH. 33 kopecks (in violation – 36,98 UAH.); with Dec is - 13 UAH. 18 kopecks (in violation – COP. 39,53). With 4.04.16 year local authorities made 116 265 citizens on questions of registration and removal from registration.
