In Volyn region the deputies were convicted of offences related to corruption
29 December 2016, Lutsk city district court found guilty of committing administrative offences, floor’connected with corruption, under part 1, part 2 of article 172-7 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences, the Deputy of the regional Council of several convocations, ex-the official of the regional customs and has appointed to it punishment in the form of fines amounting to 300 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (5100 UAH). As is already known to everybody, the chosen community was convicted of these offenses, the Prosecutor's office together with employees of Department of protection of the economy in the Volyn region JO National police of Ukraine. The Deputy at session of a regional Council voted for the decision that was made by his company, violating the requirements of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "On prevention of corruption" on the conflict of interest. The court decision will come into force in 10 days if the offender did not appeal it to the appeal. In addition, the Prosecutor's office proved in Novovolinsk the court of the guilt of the odious Deputy Vladimir-Volyn city Council, which violated the law on conflict of interests in granting the city Council the land his mother-in-law.
