a Judge of a district court of Vinnytsia region, contrary to the requirements of the law, recognized the right of ownership to an individual on a motorcycle of the SUZUKI brand, model CRUISER with a market value of more than 250 000 UAH. It should be noted that the vehicle was under arrest in connection’connection with the loan payable to the defendant banking institution, which is under liquidation, and therefore, the judge in making this decision grossly violated the interests of the Fund of guaranteeing the deposits of individuals. Further, the same judge, on the basis of the above decision on the recognition of the right of ownership, filmed the arrest of the vehicle. The Prosecutor's office initiated a revision of the case about removal of arrest from property of newly discovered circumstances and the involvement of the judge for their actions accountable.
