For use of the land in Vinnytsia region, local governments have received about UAH 573 million.
These funds were paid to land owners and land users in Vinnytsia region in local funds region during January-November 2016, and more than 176 million UAH. exceeded income of similar period of last year. According to the chief of the Department of DFS in Vinnitsa region Ruslan Osmolovsky land tax now closes the top three budget-payments to local budgets. From the total amount of money paid for land, the contribution of legal entities – enterprises, institutions and organizations – more than 454,3 mln. As citizens, their payments for the use of land for modest – of 118.4 million UAH. Ruslan Osmolovsky emphasizes that the decentralization process payment for land remains the most important source of funding for local communities. Therefore, its timely payment, and completeness of registration of objects of taxation should be interested not only representatives of local authorities and self-government, but also all the inhabitants of the communities. We add that the procedure for the calculation of land rent and the timing of its payment is defined in section XIII of the Tax code of Ukraine.
