called for Risko Forest territorial community and took part in the solemn meeting dedicated to the opening of the memorial plaque to the deceased countryman-hero, member of the ATO – Ivan Caple for 10 years, I was in Rahns Forest school i-III art. ¹2. The service Ivan was called up in March 2015. 2016 before the New year, he received a severe wound. Receive medical treatment in hospital, again went to the zone ATO. Died from cardiac arrest on 14 February 2016 in the military unit in 4174. Pay tribute to the hero - countryman came relatives of the deceased, classmates, fellow soldiers ATO, representatives of the regional and local authorities, pupils and teachers of local schools. At the beginning of the meeting, which took place in the schoolyard of the institution, traditionally sounded State Anthem of Ukraine. Then the ruler of Requiem began, the disciples of this school, reciting poems dedicated to the memory of all soldiers who died in the East of Ukraine. Opening of a memorial plaque on the facade of the institution , the deceased Ivan Chaply, who laid down his life defending the territorial integrity of the native state, was an honor given to 3 fellow soldiers, participants of the ATO. To Express sympathy and sincere gratitude to his mother, relatives and friends of Ivan, together with the Chairman of the district state administration Catherine Cedic arrived the Chairman of regional Council Mikhail Popov, Deputy Chairman of the district Council.Fedoryshyn, head of education Department Mr Koutnik and the chairmen of the territorial communities of the district. In his speech, the Chairman of the district state administration Catherine Cadic expressed words of respect and gratitude to parents and relatives of the deceased, and also expressed words of sorrow and respect for the heroism of all the heroes that protect his native Homeland from the Russian aggressors and separatists. Continuing his speech, the head of the district stated the following: ..." honoring the memory of people who gave their lives for our country – our sacred duty. Our fellow countryman Ivan Caple, was a true patriot who fought for the sovereignty and integrity of Ukraine and gave his young life for peace and tranquility in the native land. A few years ago nobody could even think that in our state people will die in the war... This nightmare, unfortunately, has become a reality. Break the young lives of the best sons of Ukraine. Let's honor the memory of our heroes, not to forget those who so early passed from this world, making an invaluable service for all of us, in the name of happy future of our country. We all should be patriots of our land. And most importantly - to surround with attention and care the parents of the deceased soldier , not to leave them without attention to the rural authorities, the public, students from local educational institutions, alone with his grief - having lost a dear son." At the end of his speech called on those present with a minute of silence to honor the memory of a warrior – countryman, a member of ATO - Ivan Caple and all patriots of Ukraine, who died defending her independence.
