Main Directorate of DFS in Vinnitsa region recalls that from 01 January 2017 campaign begins Declaration, in which: a separate category of individuals required to file an annual tax Declaration on property status and income to determine the tax liabilities for the tax on incomes of physical persons and military duty; - private individuals have the right to file a return for tax credits. Form of Declaration of property status and income, which was approved by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine from September 15, 2016 No. 821, registered with the Ministry of justice of Ukraine October 11, 2016 No. 1349/29479 that comes into force on December 31, 2016, is entered from 01 January 2017. In connection with the introduction of tax rates on income of physical persons at the rate of 18 per cent and the abolition of PP.
