VI folklore-ethnographic festival of Malanka will begin on January 15 at 12.00 in the square Philharmonic. Already defined the route festive procession of the participants in the Central part of the city. It begins with the Philharmonic square and through the streets Zankovetska, University, Steinberg, Theater square, the street Kotlyarevskogo, Cathedral square, the street Franco, Central square, street, Postal and Tchaikovsky.
