Tacso local Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of abuse of power or official position of officials of the Department of education of Tyachiv district state administration, preliminary legal qualification of the criminal offense under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine. As the head of the local Prosecutor's office Tyachiv Stepan Zhovnir, in examining materials of the audit of financial-economic activity of Department of education of Tyachiv regional state administration established that officials of the Department of education of the district state administration, abusing official position, acting deliberately from mercenary motives are not transferred to the General Fund of local budget funds for the payment of wages to employees, conducted illegal expenditure of financial resources, high cost of repair and construction works, covered the expenses of the special Fund due to General, without reflection of the respective expenditures of the General Fund and understated the available accounts payable accounts accounting what caused losses to the state interests for a total of almost 300 thousand UAH. The sanction of specified article provides responsibility in the form of imprisonment for the term from three till six years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
