In Zhytomyr region has changed in the legislation on payment in 2017

the Law of Ukraine from December 21, 2016 No. 1801-VIII "On State budget of Ukraine for 2017" installed: * a living wage for able-bodied persons per month size: from 1 January 2017 – 1600 UAH, from 1 may 1684 UAH, since December 1, 1762 hryvnia; * the minimum wage in monthly terms from January 1 – 3200 UAH in the hourly rate – of 19.34 of the hryvnia. From 1 January 2017, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine" introduced significant changes to labour legislation. This Law modified the concept of "minimum wage" and the procedure for establishing official salaries and tariff rates, introduced new mechanisms of control in the sphere of employment and wages. The minimum wage is a state social guarantee, obligatory on the whole territory of Ukraine for enterprises, institutions, organizations of all forms of ownership and management and the physical persons using work of hired workers, in any system of remuneration. This year, of a norm on which to the minimum salary does not include bonuses, allowances, incentive and compensation payments. At the same time, the size of the employee's salary for a fully performed monthly (hourly) rate of remuneration cannot be below the minimum wage. When calculating the employee's salary to ensure that it is the minimum size are not taken into account additional payments for work in unfavourable working conditions and increased health risk, for night work and overtime, traveling nature of work, bonuses for holidays and anniversaries. In the case of the employment contract on work on a part-time job, and in case the employee in full monthly (hourly) labour standards minimum wages are paid in proportion to the execution rate of labor. In the case of non-admission of a labour inspector to conduct the inspection if it is conducted with the aim of identifying workers without proper registration of employment payment of wages "in envelopes" is imposed on the employer a penalty of 100 minimal wages (UAH 320 thousand) For other violations of labor legislation, in addition to the above – a fine in the amount of 1 minimum wage (3 200 UAH.). This type of penalty applies the penalty for failure to submit or late submission of the notification of the employee to work. These changes of the legislation on labor is beneficial not only for the state but also for every citizen. The increase in the minimum wage and compliance in employment should increase the number of payers of single social contribution and income to the Pension Fund.
