the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings on suspicion earlier repeatedly convicted, released from prison on so-called “Law Savchenko” in the Commission of the criminal offenses provided by part 2 of article 185, part 1 of article 115, clause 9, clause 13 part 2 St. 115 criminal code of Ukraine.
