Running the Northern office, Deramciclane in Vinnytsia region in 2016 focused its activities on ensuring the implementation of tasks for control of the legal and effective use of funds of budgets of all levels, state trust funds, state and communal property, and other assets of the state and territorial communities. So, in 2016, the specialists of the Department conducted 148 control measures, 114 of which found a loss of more than 75 million UAH. Thanks to the professional actions of the state auditors failed to ensure elimination of violations that led to losses of financial and material resources in the amount of 21.7 million UAH. With the aim of achieving the maximum level of compensation of the caused losses of financial and material resources to the court filed 8 claims for a total amount of over UAH 2.8 million, bringing an additional 26 claims in the amount of almost UAH 42.1 million initiated before the control objects and bodies of the Prosecutor's office. Law enforcement authorities received materials 101 control measures, by results of consideration of which started 40 pre-trial investigations and awarded 6 written communications about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense. From the beginning of the year revealed the use of public funds in violation of requirements of legislation in the sphere of procurement by cancelling the 56-and procedures expected cost 202,2 million UAH and by the termination of contracts for 2 clients in the total amount of 16.0 mln., 27-m customers sent recommendations regarding the termination of contracts for the sum over UAH 57.8 million. According to the results in 2016 9 government financial audits is established loss of means of local budgets totaling more than UAH 42.1 million and reserves of their content is 2.3 million. Also documented facts that have led or may lead to losses for total amount of 2,4 million UAH, inefficient use of funds and property worth more than 7.5 million, the reserves for increasing efficiency and improving financial and production activities on reserves of some 9.2 million. At the proposal of the Management executives of local authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations took 135 management decisions. For committed financial irregularities 229 officials are brought to administrative responsibility, 56 – disciplinary and material, including 6 persons dismissed from their posts. In 61 cases to agencies during audits which identified violations of applied financial sanctions in the form of a stop of operations with budgetary funds, the suspension of budget and reducing budget allocations. For prevention and counteraction of legalization (laundering) of income obtained by criminal means, the State service for financial monitoring sent information on revealed financial transactions subject to financial monitoring, for a total of over 18.6 million UAH.
