In 2016, with active engagement of juvenile prosecutors in Vinnytsia region in the interests of children and the state in the field of child protection stated 67 claims more than 41 million UAH, of which 60 claims courts have already considered and satisfied. Actively used Executive powers in the protection of property and housing rights of children, their social security and protection of life and health'I. In addition, juvenile prosecutors made the entry in the 123 civil cases where there is high quality participation and protection of interests of children. At the same time, before it's revealed 50 claims the protection of state interests in the sphere of protection of childhood. Measures of mission terminated the illegal alienation of the educational institution and measures were taken to return it to the state and municipal property. Reimbursed to the budget of more than 130 thousand UAH. On the facts of violations of children's rights and interests of the state initiated 6 criminal proceedings In General, the activities of the mission, protected and restored the rights of more than 1 300 children for a total amount of 458 thousand UAH. With the adoption of the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, powers of representation in court the interests of the children through failure to reach the age of majority is not able to independently protect its violated or contested rights or implement procedural powers, the prosecutors are absent. However, given that the protection of rights and interests of children, especially orphans and children deprived of parental care is primarily the responsibility of’the relationship of the state, enshrined in the basic Law, bodies of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region and will continue to protect the rights of minors and to cooperate with all state institutions.
