Volyn will judge members of an organized criminal group which was engaged in smuggling illegal immigrants across the border with the European Union
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has directed to court the materials of criminal proceedings against members of an organized criminal group consisting of two Guinean nationals and two locals who were engaged in human smuggling of illegal aliens across the state border of Ukraine. 9 and 14 October last year attackers ferried to Europe 8 such migrants, who, after illegal crossing the Ukrainian-Polish border was discovered squads of Border guards of the Republic of Poland and the readmission transferred to the Ukrainian side. Thanks to well-planned and carried out by Volyn law enforcement investigative (search) actions of the persons involved in the Commission of a crime of the citizens was established, and also exposed the scheme of movement of illegal migrants across the border and stopped illegal activities of an organized group. Members of the criminal group accused of committing a criminal offense under part 3 St. 332 Criminal code of Ukraine. Their further destiny will be decided by the court. Note that in accordance with the sanction of part 3 of article 332 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (illegal crossing of persons across the state border of Ukraine, committed by an organized group, shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of 7 to 9 years.
