In the Volyn region police investigator prosecuted for failure to comply with legal requirements of the Prosecutor
local Prosecutor's office of Lutsk in Volyn region the Protocol on failure to comply with the legal requirements of the Prosecutor (an administrative offense under part 1 of article 185-8 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences) by the investigator of the investigation Department of the Lutsk city police Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in the area. The investigator wrongly in the period from 18 July to 4 August last year, ignored the legitimate demands of the Prosecutor: not conducted any investigative action pursuant to provided by the Prosecutor in two criminal proceedings of written instructions and was not informed in writing within the specified period, the Prosecutor's office about the conduct of these investigative actions and pre-trial investigation proceedings. Lutsk city district court, having considered the Protocol, the investigator recognized guilty in Commission of this administrative offence and sentenced him to a fine in the amount of 30 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (510 UAH).
