The authors of the e-petition is urging citizens to be kind

Chernivtsi proposed to equip the shops in the city stalls with free food for needy and homeless people. E-petition called "Let's try to live a kinder" was registered on 3 Dec 2016 on the website of the Chernivtsi city Council and gained 153 votes. According to residents who supported the petition, Chernivtsi stores should install shelves with free bread and other necessities for needy and homeless people.
