Khust local Prosecutor's office in the course of studying of a condition of observance of state enterprises and institutions of the law requirements in public procurement, in particular during the monitoring of the electronic public procurement system “Prozorro”, the signs of a criminal offense under part 2 of article 191 UK of Ukraine (assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position). It is established that officials of the state post enterprise, abusing the official position, listed as an advance for renovations to a post office intermountain region state funds in the amount of 75 thousand UAH, in fact, however, such work is not carried out, as well as was not returned for these reasons is money. On the specified fact of Khust local Prosecutor's office submitted to the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine. Pre-trial investigation in the specified criminal proceedings is entrusted to carry out Mizhhiria Department of Khust police Department GUNP in the Transcarpathian region. Now, in the procedural management of Khust local Prosecutor's office, conducted the necessary investigative (search) and other procedural actions.
