In Vinnytsia region suppressed the activity of four underground gambling institutions which operated under the names of state lottery
According to T. V. a. chief GUNP in Vinnytsia oblast Yuri Pedos, 6 and 9 January, the police Vinnitsa police Department carried out the authorized searches in the four institutions, which operated under the guise of state lotteries on Gogol street, Kyiv, Voinov Internatsionalistov and Academician Angel. The premises were computers, where visitors for money could gamble, prohibited by law. During the searches, police seized a system unit 44, 39 monitors, 25 flash drives as well as Wi-Fi routers, optical trackballs, keyboards to computers. Besides, it is withdrawn more than 5 thousand of rivergrove funds derived from criminal activities. Investigative actions were carried out within open criminal proceedings under part 1 of the Art. 203-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (occupation gambling). For such an offence is punishable with a fine from ten to forty thousand free minima of the income of citizens with confiscation of gambling equipment.
