Prosecutor demands damages caused to the state by the officials of the state enterprise "Volynugol"
Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office went to court in the interests of the state with the plea to officials of the state enterprise "Volynugol" to force to pay damages caused by the committing of criminal offences. Ex-officials, occupying at different times the office of the acting’ties, Director-General of the state enterprise "Volynugol" acting’ties of the Director of separate division “the company «Sochi” Director of separate division “mine No. 9 «Sochi” by abusing his official position, gave the illegal orders of the bonuses under which employees of the company was wrongly paid bonus in excess of 330 thousand UAH. With respect to all three officials had initiated criminal proceedings on the Commission of a criminal offense under part 2 of article 191 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Indictments in criminal processes last year, directed to court for consideration in essence. The decisions of the courts of officers convicted of criminal offences and released from criminal responsibility in connection’connection with a change of scenery.
