of the Investigative Department of Prosecutor's office in Transcarpathian region completed the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings initiated under part 1 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (obtaining illegal benefit by the official), the master of the forest, detained while receiving 1 800 UAH of illegal benefit. Pre-trial investigation established that the accused, while working as the master on the release of timber GP “Velyky LH" received from a private entrepreneur 1800 UAH of illegal benefit, for the vacation of six cars, loaded with wood at the rate of 300 UAH for each vehicle for which it has issued waybills when transporting timber by road. The actions of an employee classified under part 1 of article 368 of the criminal code of Ukraine (Law No. 770-VIII of 10.11.2015), qualifying signs of which is the receiving officer improper benefits for themselves at the Commission in the interests of the person who provides illegal benefit, actions with use of official position. Now the indictment in the criminal proceedings sent to the court for making a lawful and reasonable decision. Reference: According to the sanction of this article, the accused can be punished with a fine from one thousand to one thousand p’atiot free minima of the income of citizens or arrest for a term of three to six months, or imprisonment for the term from two to four years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
