Summing up the work of combating administrative corruption, it should be noted, in SV’connection with the change in legislation from September 2016 the prosecution do not constitute protocols on administrative offences, floor’connected with the corruption, however, continue to be Agency authorized to carry out measures to counter this negative phenomenon. So, for the 12 months 2016 specially authorized sub’objects in the sphere of counteraction of corruption in Transcarpathia sent to the court 64 the protocols of which 35 - UZER GUNP in the field, 9 - management of SBU in area 23 – the Prosecutor's office. Of the total number of drawn up protocols under article 172 55-7 Kupap (violation of requirements for reports of conflict of interest) and 7 of part 1 of article 172-4 (violation of limitations regarding part-time), Art, 4 - article 172-6 (violation of financial control) and 1 under article 172-9 (failure to take measures of counteraction of corruption), Art. Vessels for the period reviewed, 55 protocols, the results of which consideration are brought to administrative responsibility in the form of fines 29 offenders. 26 closed (11 for lack of offense, 6 for a minor offense and minewanna terms of attraction). From the number of persons prosecuted: - 4 of the state border service; - 9 officials of other state authorities (chairmen of precinct election commissions); 4 officials - the local government; - 1 employee of the state tax Inspectorate. By fields of activity in 2016 identified 16 offenders in the public sector, 2 in the sphere of land relations and 1 in the field of education. Local prosecutors in 2016 to Executive authorities and local self-government made 134 submissions in accordance with part 3 of article 65 of the law of Ukraine «On prevention of corruption”, by results of which consideration to responsibility attracted 14 people.
