In the implementation of operational activities Mohyliv-Podilskyi local office of public Prosecutor together with the police conducted a joint operation to identify and suppress the activities of institutions providing services in the field of illegal gambling business within the town of Yampol. The results of the authorized search in one of the online clubs discovered the operation of gambling, which illegally provided services in the field of gambling. The school is closed, withdrawn 3 units of the gambling equipment (computer’computers). On this fact was the criminal proceedings on signs of the crime under part 1 of article 203-2 of the criminal code. Currently, in the framework of criminal proceedings for procedural guidance Mohyliv-Podilskyi the local Prosecutor's office conducted initial investigations with the purpose of comprehensive, full and impartial investigation of the circumstances of the criminal proceedings, the persons involved in the activities of Gradenigo institution. Tests are continuing.
