the facts of the attack on the family and an incident with a firearm that occurred on Rokitnoye January 15, 2017, and led to the wounding of three men, started criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 121 (intentional grievous bodily injury) and part 4 of article 296 UK of Ukraine (hooliganism). It is established that the private farms in the village stare Selo Rokytnivskiy district raided several men, residents of the area who threatened the owner and his family with physical violence, while demonstrating the subject, externally similar to a grenade.
