Khust local Prosecutor's office entered the information in ERDR and started criminal proceedings on the fact of illegal participation of one of the entrepreneurs edge in the competitive bidding for catering students, n’five schools in the intermountain region. Thus, the Prosecutor's office examined the materials of the bidding documents public procurement of services on organization of catering of pupils of secondary schools intermountain region, conducted by the education Department of the Mizhhirya DSA. Therefore, it is established that one of the participants in the bidding, to meet the requirements of the bidding documents and of the law of Ukraine «On state procurement”, and was used obviously forged document which confirmed its right to participate in the above auction. Preliminary legal qualification of the crime under part 2 and part 4 article 358 UK of Ukraine (forgery and use of forged documents).
