the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings against 37-year-old resident of Tyachiv, who is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, ammunition and special technical means of secret obtaining information. So, during carrying out the authorized search at the place of work of the accused, employees of USBU discovered and seized almost 80 grams of psychotropic substances, turnover of which is limited – methamphetamine and ammunition. In addition, during the search discovered a key FOB in black with a hidden in the middle of a video camera. According to the expert, this keychain is a special technical means for secret obtaining of information. Actions accused are qualified under part 3 of article 309 of UK of Ukraine (illegal possession without intent to sell psychotropic substances, turnover of which is limited – methamphetamine, in especially large size), part 1 of article 263 UK of Ukraine (illegal storage of ammunition without lawful authority) and part 1 of article 359 of the criminal code of Ukraine (illegal acquisition of special technical means of secret obtaining information).
