In the Rivne region with employers discussed the prospects for reform of the employment services
With the aim of producing proposals for legislation in the field of employment and insurance in case of unemployment, which aims to reform the state employment service, in Rivne city employment center was held a seminar with the heads of about sixty rinocerous enterprises of the city. In the seminar took part the Deputy Director of the regional employment center Andrii Hreshchuk, Director of the Rivne city employment center Vladimir Datsenko, Deputy head of Department Rostruda in Rivne oblast Natalia karpiuk, experts of regional and city employment centers. Representatives of the employment service said that the basic priority principles of the reform of employment services are meeting the stated requirements of employers by strengthening the individual approach to the selection of applicants, manufacture of a package of services for employers, in particular electronic services, to ensure that help provide information on the manpower requirements and reporting, receiving employment services and relevant information without visiting employment centers; expansion of cooperation with employers as potential providers and operational vacancies staffing vacancies; the prospects for the creation of a personnel reserve of employees and use of his employers. The participants of the seminar discussed the problematic issues and the most actual directions of improvement of mutual cooperation, in particular to promote the legalization of employment of the population, the effect of increasing the minimum wage for all businesses, the possibility of optimising the number of their employees and the likelihood of threats of layoffs. Some employers expressed their vision of the role and functions of the employment service in the labour market. And employers and representatives of employment services and the social partners agreed on the need to expand the functions and directions of improving cooperation of all stakeholders.
