In Volyn region the killer had served in jail for 10 years
Turiscom Department Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in criminal proceedings about the murder repeatedly convicted 29-year-old resident of the village of Lityn turiysk district, 44-year-old villager. In the afternoon of 27 August 2016 the malefactor, being in a state of alcoholic SP'intoxication in the house of the victim during quarrel struck the landlord punched in the face and then strangled him with his hands. On the same day the murderer was arrested. Sentence Kovel district court of 18 January 2017 he was found guilty of committing criminal offense under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine and appointed punishment in the form of 10 years of imprisonment.
