In the Ternopil region in the pension legislation - changes since January 1
1 January 2017 in connection with the adoption of laws of Ukraine "On State budget of Ukraine for 2017" and "On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine" dated 06.12.2016, No. 1774 – VIII, the pension legislation has been amended. This was announced by Deputy head of Main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil oblast Vladimir Wachov. "In 2017, the minimum pension payment will constitute: 1 January 2017 – 1247 UAH. (as from December 2016), may – 1312 UAH. and from December 1 – UAH 1373. Temporarily by 31.12.2017, the maximum pension (including bonuses, raises, additional pensions, the target monetary assistance, pensions for special merits to Ukraine, indexation and other surcharges to the pensions established by the legislation, except for extra allowances to separate categories of persons having special merits before the Homeland) may not exceed 10 740 UAH. (in addition to the monthly lifetime allowance)", - said Vladimir Wachov. According to him, the conditions of payment of pensions to working pensioners remained the same as in 2016, that is, working face pension payment will be at 85 %, but not less than 150 % of the subsistence minimum for persons incapacitated, and it currently is 1870 UAH. 50 COP. "Pensioners who hold positions of public service, defined by the Law of Ukraine from December 10, 2015 No. 889-VIII "On state service", as well as working positions and conditions stipulated by the law of Ukraine "On Prosecutor's office", "On judicial system and status of judges", appointed by the pension or monthly lifetime allowance shall not be paid. After the dismissal, the payment of the pension resumed. In 2017 as in 2016, disabled 1 and 2 groups, disabled veterans 3 groups and combatants, family members of fallen soldiers will receive a 100 % pension regardless of the fact of work", - informed Vladimir Wachov.
