He also stressed that the administrative responsibility for violation of labour legislation in accordance with article 265 of the Labor code of Ukraine (legalization of employment) depends on the size of the minimum wage. This article provides for the liability of legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs, using hired labor, with a fine 96 thousand hryvnia for each unreported employee (in the amount of thirtyfold minimum wage), and 32òèñÿ÷³ UAH for failure to comply with the minimum state guarantees in the labor remuneration (in ten times the minimum wage). The press conference participants noted the trend from the beginning of 2017 to increased calls on the government "hot line" with complaints of unscrupulous employers that force employees to move to part-time, no arguing his actions. In many cases, the Complainants remain anonymous.
