Natural resources in Vinnytsia region added to the budget almost 713,5 millions of hryvnias
During 2016 for the use of natural resources in Vinnytsia region: forests, water resources, land and mineral resources, taxpayers have transferred to the budgets of almost 713,5 thousand UAH. According to the chief of the Department of DFS in Vinnitsa region Ruslan Osmolovsky this amount for more than 201,4 million UAH. exceeds the same income in 2015. The total amount paid, the so-called resource payments, the largest share is payment for the land – nearly 88 percent, or about 627,1 million UAH. The next largest is the rental fee for special use of forest resources – almost 5 percent or more 34.8 million UAH. Slightly lower is the rental fee for special use of water – about 4.5 percent, or nearly 31.7 million UAH. The rental fee for the use of subsoil accounts for about 3 percent or more than 19.3 million UAH. The minor amount 593,9 thousand UAH. for 2016, was paid in the form of rental fee for use of radio frequency resource of Ukraine. Ruslan Osmolovsky emphasizes that all of the above tax payments were and remain, despite the decentralization process, the most important source of financing the needs of local communities. Only during the 2016 local budgets has settled nearly 93 percent of the total amount paid. Therefore, the use of natural resources in accordance with applicable law, completeness of registration of all objects of taxation, as well as timely payment of resource payments have to be interested, above all, the communities and their samoupravlenii.
