In the Rivne region, the Prosecutor's office requested the court to return the land to the state forest Fund area of 1.2 thousand hectares with a value of over UAH 40 million in
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast instituted in the court the claim in interests of the state in the face of the Rivne regional state administration about recognition invalid lease contracts of the land area of 1.2 thousand hectares, located on the territory of Ozersk village Council Volodymyrets district. In particular it is established that the agreement concluded between the local authority and subsidiary forestry enterprise, contrary to the requirements of a number of Laws of Ukraine, since at its conclusion were not held normative monetary evaluation of land. These violations of the law led to a significant shortfall of funds in the budget. At the same time, measures to protect the interests of the state regional authorities are not accepted, in connection with which the violations of the legislation in the sphere of land relations, just learning about them, he responded to the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region.
