After the unification of territorial communities, the question arises of duplication of functions in GSS and district state administrations. To deal with the problematic issues of structures and communal ownership, January 20, in Zhitomir, under the leadership of Chairman of regional state administration Igor Gundicha and Chairman of regional Council Vladimir Screens, a meeting was held with representatives of the RGA and communities. Igor Gundich instructed all heads of regional state administrations on Monday to present a new staffing table taking into account the duplication of functions with OTG. Then the staffing will review the Department of Finance RSA to find out, provided the structure does not necessary and repeats the functions performed in the community. In addition, one of the important issues is the division of property between communities and authorities. The district representatives are requested to establish a working group that will help in solving this issue. However, the Chairman of the regional state administration emphasizes that every head of the RGA must be responsible and self-understanding and to establish contacts with the communities. "I don't want to go to your home and clean it up. But if you can't understand, then I will have to do it. And then it will be the hard methods", – said Igor Gundich.
