For the principled position of the Prosecutor's office, Mukachevo city district court verdict, the members of the organized group, which contained opium den and was engaged in the manufacture and sale of drugs, sentenced to the penalty of imprisonment. The organizer of criminal group will spend behind bars for 10 years, a songwriter for 9 years, the property will be confiscated. Recently Mukachevo city district court finished the trial of the criminal proceedings against organised groups that were accused of committing criminal offenses under part 3. 307 (illegal production, production, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment or sales of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, committed by an organized group), part 3 of article 28, part 2 of article 306 (use of funds obtained from illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues, precursors, poisonous or potent substances or poisonous or potent drugs, committed by an organized group), part 3 of article 28, part 2 of article 317 (organization or maintenance of places for illegal use, production or manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, committed by an organized group) of the criminal code of Ukraine. The group in the period from December 2014 to January 2015 on the territory of Mukachevo and Uzhgorod, M., and adjacent to the cities of districts for the purpose of illegal enrichment by conducting prohibited transactions in the sphere of turnover of narcotic drugs was involved in the manufacture, storage, transportation with a sales objective extraction of opium, as well as direct marketing of drugs. In just two months (in the period from December 2014 to January 2015) of these persons was made more than 420 ml of especially dangerous narcotic drugs, turnover of which is forbidden – concentrate of poppy straw (extract of opium ), part of which was implemented. In addition, the defendants organized and contained at the place of residence of one of participants of group the place for the illicit manufacture and abuse of narcotic drugs – to the crack house and used the funds obtained from illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, to acquire the necessary ingredients for the further manufacture of drug substances (solvents, disposable syringes, water for et’injection, poppy straw, and the like).
