Chernigov: Work holiday camp on red square was extended until March 15
In Chernihiv decided to continue the holiday camp during the winter and spring holidays in Chernigov before March 15 of the current year, taking into account the proposals of the local public. The corresponding order was signed by Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko. The work of the trade facilities on red square is open until 26 February and the town skating rink and a theme of the holiday camp will run until March 15. According to the order of the Department of architecture and urban planning Chernihiv city Council mandated to develop a draft plan-the scheme of placement of objects of trade on the red square. The necessary number of temporary structures (objects of Commerce), which will operate on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until 26 February (inclusive), will provide the municipal enterprise "Park and market" the city Council. Entities intending to carry out the retail sale of souvenir products of own production, confectionery, restaurant industry products, including beer and low alcohol drinks (including mulled wine) will be involved in the implementation of the programme of work of the holiday camp on a contractual basis. They also will be required to contain retail facilities, lighting for exterior design, as well as the territory of the holiday camp in good condition. KP "Park and market", "chernigovvodokanal", "Gorsvet" and Chernihiv city electric network responsible for installation (dismantling) of six temporary structures and electrical equipment for connection to electric networks on the red square. Also the relevant services of the city will ensure the installation until March 15, temporary fencing and connection theme of the holiday camp, urban ice rink and audio equipment to sources of electrical current. The regulation also States that at the time of the events will be limited to traffic except public transport and vehicles of the organizers and participants of the events. Management of patrol police in Chernihiv city Department of the patrol police will take measures for organization of road safety and to ensure public safety and order on the territory of the holiday camp. In connection with the overlapping movement of vehicles through Red square for the duration of the holiday camp will be temporarily modified in the schema of urban bus routes.
