15th session of the Chernihiv city Council began its work
Beginning of its work the 15th session of the Chernihiv city Council 7 convocation. At the plenary meeting there are 40 deputies. During approval of the agenda of the 15th session of the deputies moved 2 questions for the next session of the city Council, namely: "On the performance of the local Prosecutor's office Chernihiv" and "On amendments to the Provision on competitive selection of subjects of evaluation for the independent evaluation of the property to the communal ownership of the territorial community of the city of Chernihiv and performers of works on land management". In addition, city Rada included in the agenda 3 of the additional issue, in particular: - "On granting permits for development of land management projects concerning allocation of land plots to citizens – to participants of ATO combatants, war veterans and families of fallen members ATO for individual country construction" - About modification and additions in the decision of city Council of September 29, 2016 "On the prohibition of the acceptance and disposal of waste" - "On the Treatment of Chernihiv Council of the Association of cities of Ukraine regarding the initiation of the Government of Ukraine questions about compensation benefits and subsidies to enterprises of housing and communal services".
