The GSS representatives arrived to Zhitomir to learn how to successfully manage community
24 January, coaches of the U-LEAD was held by representatives of the United communities of Zhytomyr seminar-training. Talked about important issues of community development, namely: the budget of the GSS, infrastructure projects, using funds DFRR, electricity, gas support, passenger transport, tender procurement, labor laws, and the like. Also, the seminar was attended by the Chairman of the regional Council Vladimir Shirma and Director of Zhytomyr Regional center of development of local self-government Vasyl nevmerzhytskiy. "New communities must in a short time to understand all the issues, because the responsibility they bear is large enough. Needs to teach, to learn and successfully implement the reform.
