"We are very close to the construction of the Northern bypass. The Cabinet agreed the allocation of land, but now need to work on this. A large-scale project at the national level is important not only for our region", – stressed the head of the region. We will remind, last week the Chairman of regional state administration reported at the Cabinet meeting where agreed the change of target purpose of land plots for construction. You need to take 79,7 hectares of land. Already reserved is 37.2 ha. In the stage of allocation of forest land SOE "Zhytomyr forestry" – 24,2 ha GP "red army Forestry APK" and 12.1 ha of land and private property – 6,2 hectares. For drainage areas of GP "red army Forestry APK" should the decision of the regional Council. All necessary materials will be presented at the next session. In the process of solving is the issue of transfer of land in Zhytomyr district state administration in constant use Service roads in the area. The development and approval of technical documentation for 28 sites to be purchased on a voluntary basis. There are people who agree to exchange.
