In the Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office protects the state's interests in the sphere of land relations
Rivne economic court of appeal confirmed the validity of the claim of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in the case on the claim of Deputy Prosecutor of Vinnytsia region, OOO to “Concern "Simex - agro” on the return of the land plot with an area of almost 36 hectares, worth over 1.8 million hryvnia, which is located on the territory of the village Council Blansko Lipovetsky district, in the state in the person of the Chief management Derzeitiger in Vinnytsia region. According to the current legislation the decision of local economic court is gaining force after the proceedings by the appellate court and therefore enforceable. After receipt of Executive documents by the Prosecutor's office without delay measures will be taken to the actual execution of court decisions in that case.
