in Accordance with the decree of the Chairman of the regional Council of January 11, 2017 No. 11 "On the fourteenth regional competition of projects of development of territorial communities" and the decision of the Competition Council (Protocol ¹1 from 20.01.2017 g) since January 20, 2017, declared the fourteenth regional competition of projects of development of territorial communities (hereinafter - Contest). In the Competition take part: - projects developed and submitted to the village, town and city councils, including the consolidated territorial communities, district councils Vinnytsia region; projects of local authorities, developed in collaboration with local authorities and jointly with public organizations and private entities (in the case of the joint venture agreement). Maximum grant amount – up to UAH 200,000. The funding of the project from the Fund of the Competition should not exceed 75% of the total budget and can be adjusted depending on the level of income of the relevant local budget per capita. Competitive selection of the winning projects will be implemented by the administration taking into account the findings of the Executive administrator of the Contest. The final decision regarding the winning projects takes the Competition Council. In the competition can participate not more than 2 projects from the Complainant.
