Investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of taking possession of the Chairman of one of regional public administrations of the region by fraud funds in the amount of 3900 dollars, and the court directed the indictment. During a pretrial investigation it is established that the Chairman of regional state administration, holding a position of public service “And” (the highest body of civil service), acting deliberately, in personal interests, from selfish motives, in August 2016, entering the victim deceived by a promise of a lease of land from lands of a stock of one of village councils, took control of money of latest in the amount of 3900 USD, which caused significant damage to the victim.
