In Vinnytsia oblast the main objective of the creation of hospital districts is the availability and quality of medical services

He noted that the social tensions which arose around the creation of hospital districts in the area and determine the types of hospitals is actually nothing more than speculation. "We have district hospitals which provide medical assistance to the secondary level and are financed at the expense of the medical subsidy, which is provided in the state budget in full and sent to the local budgets. These funds missing out on the content in the course of the year regional hospitals. That is,no optimizations, reorganization, reduction is not planned, because even the cost of these treatment facilities were provided in full for the whole year". To create centres of hospital districts, Igor Ivasyuk said: "It's about creating districts centres. Without an appropriate regulatory document, we are unable to determine which hospital will be the center of hospital district." In conclusion, Igor Ivasyuk said: "We will continue to work on the hospital districts so that health services become more qualitative and more accessible. This is the main criterion, which is the basis for the formation of health districts. Nobody provides the advantages of a particular area or a particular hospital."
