the Prosecutor's office of area together with SV Management of the security Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region reported about suspicion to the chief inspector of customs clearance customs post “Luzhanka” of the Transcarpathian customs of the State fiscal service that he suspected of intentional, with the purpose of obtaining undue advantage for another person using his official position contrary to interests of service, that resulted in grave consequences, that is, in the Commission of a crime under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine. It is established that on 6 December 2016 chief inspector of the Department of customs clearance of MP “Luzhanka” of the Transcarpathian customs DFS, intentionally abusing official mandatory’duties are not spent in full customs control of the vehicle brand “Mercedes-Benz”, which was later stopped by officers of CSS of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region. According to the results of customs inspection of said car «Mercedes-Benz" discovered a product that was in 48 parcels weighing more than 1113 kg and cost about 800 thousand UAH. According to the information of the Transcarpathian customs office of the SFS the sum of customs payments which would be payable in case of release for free circulation of the above products is more than 252 thousand UAH. Based on the above, the main inspector of Department of customs registration of MP “Luzhanka” Transcarpathian customs DFS missed out on the customs territory of Ukraine car brand “Mercedes-Benz”, with bonded goods, causing the onset of serious consequences in the form of non-payment to the state budget specified payments over 252 thousand UAH, which is more than 250 times exceeds a free minimum of incomes of citizens.
