In Chernivtsi, establishments of education will continue the implementation of the Programme of study and promotion of the English language
in accordance with the decision of the Chernivtsi city Council education Department will continue the implementation of the Programme of study and promotion of English in educational institutions in Chernivtsi for 2016-2020. To run the educational institutions of the city developed appropriate activities, teachers took part in the national programme "Teacher of English-agents of change" developed jointly by the British Council and public GoGlobal initiative in the framework of the national campaign "Ukraine is Speaking", training for 100 teachers in providing guidance to improve the quality of teaching of the English language. 37 educational institutions of the city worked summer camps with the English language. During the year teachers and students of educational institutions were involved in many events of international, national and urban levels. Teachers actively participated in various webinars, conferences and online courses that offered ideas for improving English language teaching, motivating pupils to assimilate and use new knowledge, the welfare of teachers, inclusive education and continuous professional development. Funding for the Program for 2016 is allocated in full. Library resource Fund English language is replenished with the authentic textbooks by British publishers, the offices of the English language has been enriched with new computer equipment. Rates of 10.75 entered the head of the circle in 15 preschool institutions. Also award-winning teachers on preparation for international exams, participation in trainings, school professional development, professional international associations, conferences, exchange programs, internships abroad, preparation of teachers, international professional examinations in the specialty.
