the Court satisfied the petition of the investigator of Khust OP SV, GU NP in the Transcarpathian region, which agreed the procedural head of Khust local Prosecutor's office, of the election of resident of the village Kireshi, Khust district, a suspect in the murder (part 1 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine), remand in custody without setting bond. As reported in the local Prosecutor's office Khust, Transcarpathian Sunday, 22 January 2017, during a quarrel with his former countrymen, have caused the recent fatal stabbing. Potable died on the spot. For murder (part 1 of article 115 of the criminal code), i.e. deliberate illegal causing death to another person, criminal liability is provided in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of seven to 15 years.
