Four Area residents were awarded with the honorary titles
Number of honorary titles awarded the President of Ukraine to the residents of Ternopil. This is stated in the Decree "About rewarding with the state awards of Ukraine on occasion of day of Conciliarity of Ukraine." According to them, for considerable personal contribution to state-building, socio-economic, scientific-technical, cultural and educational development of the Ukrainian state, the consolidation of the Ukrainian society, long-term honest work assigned honorary title "Honored inventor of Ukraine, Professor of Ternopil national economic University, Volodymyr Kochan; "Honored worker of science and technique of Ukraine", rector of the state higher educational establishment "Ternopil state medical University named after I. Y. Horbachevsky of the Ministry of health of Ukraine", doctor of medical Sciences, Professor Michael Cordy; "Honoured mechanical engineer of Ukraine" - the Deputy of the General Director "OSP CORPORATION VATRA" Miroslav Agile; "Honored worker of agriculture of Ukraine" - the Director of agricultural enterprise "Horizon" Danylyshyn Stepan.
